Infrastructure
- — Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest by our hosting and database providers
- — Our website and platform run on established cloud providers that maintain SOC 2 compliance
- — Database access is limited to authorised services and people
- — Our database provider keeps automated backups
Access
- — Access to client systems and accounts is limited to what each engagement needs
- — Client access (for example, to your domain or LinkedIn) is used only for the work you’ve approved, and you can revoke it at any time
- — We review third-party tools before we use them
Client data
- — Each client’s work in QNexus is kept in its own isolated workspace
- — Nothing is published, sent or deployed for a client without approval
- — We don’t sell client data, and we don’t use it to train AI models of our own
- — We’ll delete your data on request and confirm in writing
